Bridgeside Home Owner's Association
Welcome to the Bridgeside Homeowner's Association Page. This site is your go-to place to receive information and to contact your HOA board of trustees.
The $225 annual HOA assessment bill is due by March 31 (yearly). There is an OPTIONAL but highly recommended additional $25 donation that we ask for in order to host block parties and/or other community events.

No, sheds are not permitted.
Any new fences must be approved by the board and in accordance with the guidelines stated in handbook. Aluminum or steel fences no higher than 4 feet.
Only in ground pools are permitted unless your yard only allows semi-inground (in which case you need approval from board and a variance from city). Hot tubs and spas are allowed. See handbook for more specifics.
